Accelerating Change Through Creative Thinking

A major manufacturer was tasked with completing a significant project earlier than anticipated – and much more quickly than its standard processes could support. The internal teams responsible for conducting this change were at an impasse.

By installing a full-time cross-functional team, Global Aperture led the analysis of the existing processes, including legal and contractual requirements. We then designed a streamlined version of the existing processes that would still meet all requirements.
