  • Developed an interactive, visual approach to facilitate integrated decision making and strategic planning across a diverse organization faced with an avalanche of data
  • Led a series of positioning, marketing, and communications initiatives for numerous technical organizations, resulting in a enhanced appreciation of value and capabilities from internal and external customers

His operational experience includes roles as acting chief operating officer for an industrial distribution business and product management and channel strategy for Apex Fitness Group, a division of 24 Hour Fitness. Earlier in his career, he spent over six years as a retained executive search consultant with Ethos Consulting Inc. Dave began his career with a San Francisco-based biotechnology incubator.

Currently, he serves as a founding board member and advisor to O2 MAX Fitness, an innovative teen and family fitness business; and Basic Elements Nutrition Inc., a developer of nutritional products and programs.
